Sansho the Bailiff (山椒大夫 Sanshō Dayū, known by its Japanese title in the United Kingdom and Ireland) is a 1954 Japanese period film directed by Kenji Mizoguchi. Based on a 1915 short story of the same name by Mori Ōgai, it follows two aristocratic children who are sold into slavery.
This is a rolled, single-sided UK Quad measuring at 30x40 inches. We have this listed in very fine condition due to slight paper loss bottom left corner and general handling wear and tear.
