The story takes place during the first Christmas season after Arendelle's gates are reopened, following the events of the original "Frozen" movie. Anna and Elsa host a celebration for Arendelle, but when the townspeople leave early to enjoy their own holiday traditions, the sisters realize they have no family traditions of their own. Determined to save Christmas, Olaf embarks on a mission to find the best holiday traditions and bring them back to Arendelle.
