This quad features one of the most iconic Western poster compositions ever issued in the UK.
A bold orange field fades into deep red, symbolising heat, dust, and frontier warfare. The typography is huge and imposing, capturing the epic scale of the film.
A dramatic frieze of black silhouettes charges across the horizon:
Hats, rifles, and dust clouds create an immediately recognisable Western iconography.
This strip is unique to UK advertising and has become synonymous with the filmās British poster identity.
Yul Brynner appears at left with his signature shaved head and black hatāa striking portrait that collectors love.
Steve McQueen, young and defiant, anchors the right portrait box.
The credit block lists the remaining cast: Charles Bronson, Eli Wallach, Robert Vaughn, James Coburn (absent from photo section), and Horst Buchholz.
Directed by John Sturges, screenplay by William Roberts, executive producer Walter Mirisch.
